Single-Twist Cablers

Single-twist cablers are designed for the production of cables up to 2 3/8” in diameter. Available in sizes ranging from 630mm (24″) to 1400mm (55″), with speeds from 500 to 1300 RPM. An electronic lay and traverse control are equipped standard, and machines are dynamically balanced.

Double-Twist Cablers

Double-Twist Cablers for the high-speed production of cables up to 3/8″ diameter. Available from 500mm (20″) to 1250mm (48″), 2000 TPM to 6000 TPM. Precision machined for accurate alignment and dynamically balanced.

Rotating Cradle Cablers

Drum-Twisters (Closers – Rotating takeups ) for the production of cables up to 3″ diameter with more pulling power than flyer-style cablers. Available in sizes from 800mm (30″) to 2500mm (96″), speeds from 100 to 500 RPM. Digital electronic lay control. Precision machined and dynamically balanced.

Double-Twist Twinners

Double-Twist Twinners for the high-speed production of twisted pairs. Available from 400mm (16″) to 630mm (24″), 3000 TPM to 6000 TPM. Digital electronic lay control. Precision machined for accurate alignment and dynamically balanced. Horizontal and vertical configurations.
