Dancers

Available as multiple wrap vertical style or catenary arm. Multiple air cylinders as well as dead weight configurations to cover tension requirements (100 grams to 100 lbs.). Sheave sizes from 2″ to 24″ diameter, hard-coated aluminum, aluminum or plastic. Heavy-duty design using minimum floor space. Vertical units customized to fit ceiling constraints.

Vertical Accumulators

Vertical-style dancer accumulators are designed based on crossover time, line speed, tension range, and ceiling height. Sheave sizes from 5″ to 24″ diameter, groove diameter as required, hard coated aluminum, aluminum or plastic. Accumulation lengths are 130 to 1,000 feet.

Horizontal Accumulators

Horizontal-style dancer accumulators are designed based on crossover time, line speed, and ceiling height. Custom built per line specifications. Sheave sizes from 8″ to 48″ diameter, groove diameter as required, hard coated aluminum or plastic. Standard accumulation lengths are 500 to 1,000 feet.

Belt Puller Capstans

Available in sizes 16″ to 60″ belt contact length and 100 – 2,000 lbs. pulling capacity. Continuous Poly-V belts, urethane coated 20 – 70 durometer, standard belt width 3″, 4″, & 6″ available. Heavy-duty design using minimum floor space. Geared to required line speed. A 4-speed gearbox is available.

Belt Wrap Capstans

Available in sizes 16″ to 36″ diameter. 1″ wide continuous flat belts, available with multiple polymer coatings per the application. Horizontal and vertical configurations. Heavy-duty design using minimum floor space. Geared to required line speed. A 4-speed gearbox is available.

Single/Dual Wheel Capstans

Available in sizes from 16″ to 36″ diameter; 3/16″ to 1″ diameter grooves (multiple). Horizontal and vertical configurations. Heavy-duty design using minimum floor space. Geared to required line speed. A 4-speed gearbox is available. Units are available with extended lengths, totally enclosed or with interconnecting trough sections. Wet models have stainless steel enclosures.
